Jefferson County health officials say it will be end of year when hospital based intervention program launches

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham Law enforcement are now investigating the sixth murder in four days…after an 18-yr-aged was uncovered shot outdoors a vehicle on July 26.

With this new spike in crime, county officers are operating to develop a new hospital based option plan.

18-calendar year-old Daniel Fowler was observed shot dead on Tuesday night, and his murder investigation is the 74th for the metropolis this 12 months.
